Description of Duties
This is a trainee position at Monroe Community Hospital in which the employee is hired on a per diem basis . Trainees participate in a short-term (approximately six (6) weeks) training program where they learn the skills necessary to transition to a Nursing Assistant position. Trainees begin their training in a classroom setting and each week progress into clinical practice. The third week of the program they are entirely involved in clinical practice.
