Job Summary
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the collection of data related to patient status. Performance of basic nursing procedures. On-going collection and documentation of patient data. Assistance with treatments and procedures. Assistance with maintenance of patient care equipment.Essential Functions

Assists patients with activities of daily living and hygiene. Turns and repositions patients alone or with assistance. May transport patients and assist with walking.
