TITLE: RN Supervisor (OSHA Classification 2)

FLSA: Non-exempt

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the Direction of the Director of Nursing and in collaboration with department head management, responsible for the general management of the facility’s nursing operation, providing optimal quality of care, adhering to, and communicating the facility’s policies and procedures.  Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and Nursing policies and procedures.

TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUBORDINATES:  Charge Nurses (RN/LPN) Certified Nursing Assistants
