Holy Cross Health Partners has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a certified, licensed, and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team located in Kensington, Maryland.

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) works collaboratively with the physicians and a multidisciplinary health team and is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, which included a substantial geriatric population. The NP's scope of responsibilities includes therapeutic health services that focus on health restoration, health maintenance and disease prevention in a Health Center setting. The NP also provides health education and counseling to individuals and families and geriatric house calls to care for vulnerable homebound patients.

The schedule for this full-time opportunity is Monday - Friday with no weekends.
