Nurse Practitioner - Generalist / Chronic Disease

This position provides advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care and intervention to patients in a primary care setting within Maari Ma’s defined scope of practice (as set out in the position description).

The position is suitable for either a Generalist NP or Chronic Disease NP with the role of providing clinical and professional leadership in the development and monitoring of nursing practice standards and participates in and promotes continuous quality improvement to enhance patient care and safety.

The role actively promotes collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues and all members of the multi-disciplinary health care team. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration, coaching and engaging with the clinical teams to ensure team-based approach to proactive care. 

Salary up to $154,913 gross per annum plus superannuation.
