**Description:**

The Nurse Navigator is a key member of the multidisciplinary team functioning as an advocate, educator and facilitator of care. Responsible for ensuring all referred patients receive quality and comprehensive services throughout the continuum. Coordinates the overall subspecialty programmatic goals and outcomes.

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
+ Current State of Michigan Registered Nursing License. CPR or BCLS Certified.
+ Three years of experience in an acute care setting. One year of experience in medical, surgical or radiation oncology (for oncology specialty).

**What the Nurse Navigator will do:**
