Summary:The Nurse Manager (RN) supports and oversees RN, LPN, and MA/Triage staff within the ambulatory care setting. This role ensures accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR), efficient patient flow, adherence to Rural Health Clinic (RHC) clinical policies, and compliance with infection control standards. The Nurse Manager serves as a key stakeholder in the implementation and optimization of clinical technology, including all components of the EMR, and manages clinical staff scheduling and workflow.

Minimum Qualifications:

Assists in expediting patient flow, recording of patient data for charts and billing purposes, and communication between providers and staff.
