Responsible for managing the clinical, operational, and financial activities within Gagnon 4 and the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU). Works collaboratively with physicians, clinical departments, nursing, management, faculty, and other stakeholders to ensure: timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, department productiving, fiscal integrity and patient satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include: human resources management, daily operational efficiency, quality care initiatives, patient experience and regulatory compliance.
