Responsibilities - Develop and provide support to the Nurse-in-Charge and Nurse Supervisors in leading a team of Assistant and Registered nurses.
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure safe patient care, good caregiver relations and operational efficiency.
- Perform direct clinical nursing care when required, mandating the requirement to wear NMC nursing uniform.
- Conduct regular clinical rounds with nursing and other members of the inter‑professional team, talking with patients and patient bystanders in their clinical areas to support patient experience.
