Job Scope:

• Ensure residents’ safety, welfare, and delivery of high-quality clinical nursing care
• Plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate nursing care and services
• Review residents’ conditions regularly and coordinate additional care or services when needed
• Provide timely support and communication to residents and their families
• Maintain and improve quality of care through complaint management, audits, and corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure staff compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and competency standards
• Support development and implementation of evidence-based and modern nursing practices
• Identify training needs and conduct orientation, on-the-job training, dementia care, and continuing education
