In this role you will lead and coordinate a team of Nuclear Project Managers, including planning, goal-setting, and performance reviews and ensure successful execution of Nuclear projects using the right resources and strong team organization.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Own and manage Order Acquisition (POR) and Sales Order Processing (SOP) to secure sales and ensure timely cash collection.

+ Oversee full project lifecycle (scope, delivery, profitability, margins) and ensure milestones and change orders are properly managed.

+ Act as the main point of accountability for project success toward customers, local sales teams, and the Nuclear Business Unit.
