Summary You will serve as a NUCLEAR ENGINEER in the Radiological Emergency Planning Division (Support Branch Code 105.61), Radiological Emergency Planning Division (Code 105.6), Manager Radiological Controls Support (Code 105.lS), Radiological Control Office (Code 105) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will initiate, develop, apply, and evaluate new radiological/nuclear engineering techniques, approaches, and methods for radiological emergency procedures, operations, and/or facilities. You will develop plans and casualty procedures for response to and recovery from radiological emergency situations. You will oversee the training and certification of emergency response personnel within your AOR. You will assist senior management in development of the report and assessment of the drill response within your AOR.
