Collaborate with the Process Integration, Process Engineering, and Equipment Development & Automation teams to assemble and build prototypes and samples in accordance with the build plan.
Provide feedback on process and equipment improvements following the sample builds.
Work with the Documentation Specialist team to create Work Instructions (WI).
Train operators on assembly procedures using the established WI.
Ensure operators accurately follow work instructions and monitor their performance, providing additional training as needed.
Maintain training records and operator competencies, regularly updating them to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to assembly and training processes.
