Lake Oswego and Portland, OR (may float at sites that are within 20 miles of each other)
ASAP through July 1, with possible extension.
Mon-Fri 8a-5p - shifts TBD
OccMed and Urgent Care clinics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active OR license
• Active DEA
• BLS or ACLS certification
• DOT certified - a must
• Must Suture
• Locals highly preferred
