At ING we are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our CRM Team of Contact Center & Branches tribe.

Your role and work environment

The CC CRM team is responsible for delivering a reliable, customer‑focused digital experience by making Affluent customer data actionable in the CRM, enabling the best agent‑customer experience, and ensuring effective portfolio management for agents, including alert handling and customer contact management.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test backend solutions with support from more senior engineers, ensuring functionality, quality and performance.
• Contribute to delivering software to Production, following established development practices, standards and guidelines.
