Responsibilities

• Support customers with cloud solution inquiries and needs
• Provide tailored recommendations based on client requirements
• Work closely with sales and technical teams
• Assist in onboarding and implementation processes
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth service experience

Requirements

• Norwegian (C1–C2)
• Good level of English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in cloud technologies and digital solutions
• Experience in customer support, sales, or IT-related roles is a plus
• Comfortable working on-site
