Our Client, operating in the OE Automotive Industry, is seeking to employ a Non-Technical Trainer to their team based in Centurion, Gauteng. To deliver high-quality non-technical training that develops dealer staff capability, supports certification, and improves business performance.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in automotive training, business or related field.
3–5 years training or facilitation experience, ideally in similar OEM environment.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience in general automotive/dealer environment advantageous.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
Facilitate learning programs aligned to business needs.
Conduct assessments and evaluate learner performance.
