Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage network performance using tools such as PRTG to identify outages, capacity constraints, and recurring issues
• Lead advanced network troubleshooting, including routing, MPLS/VLAN configurations, and fibre/RF fault resolution
• Act as the final escalation point for complex network issues across internal teams and clients
• Proactively manage node capacity and network optimization, including client migrations and sector planning
• Support and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Field Ops and RF
• Maintain and enforce network security measures, including firewall configurations and compliance with SOPs
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, network upgrades, and documentation of system changes
