• Directly reports to the NOC Lead.
• Works with Network Administrators, Database Administrators and System Administrators in resolving incidents filed and called in by the site Leads.
• Assists the Administrators in Implementing new projects.
• Receives and replies to calls made by Site Leads and PC's
• Preparation of necessary documents (i.e RDE, SI) required in executing change requests and service requests.
• Liaise with other teams (i.e Dev, Service Desk, TSG) in resolving incidents.
• Generates reports required by the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day business operations....
