Provide client-centred occupational therapy assessment and interventions to support independence in daily living, work, and leisure activities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation plans and adaptive strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning using standardized tools and clinical observation.
• Develop individualized intervention plans with measurable goals focused on improving occupational performance and participation.
• Deliver direct therapy using evidence-based techniques, adaptive strategies, and assistive technologies.
• Recommend, fit, and facilitate access to adaptive equipment and environmental or ergonomic modifications.
