Job Summary Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with hearing, balance, communication, or swallowing disorders. Work collaboratively with health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Number of Positions 2 Main Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments using standardized tests and instrumentation for hearing, balance, speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions for pediatric and adult clients. Fit, program, and provide follow-up care for hearing devices and related assistive listening technologies where applicable. Provide counseling and education to clients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies, device use, and home-based therapy programs.
