Methodist Welfare Services in Singapore is seeking a Youth Care Worker to support and supervise female residents at MWS Girls’ Residence. This role includes ensuring the wellbeing and discipline of young females aged 15 to 21.

The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth development, a minimum of 4-5 years of experience, and will work permanent night shifts from 10.45 PM to 7.15 AM, with alternating off days. Experience with at-risk youth is a plus.
