Job Description
Provide confident overnight leadership, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of exceptional service in line with daytime standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for all guests, maintaining a warm, professional, and attentive presence throughout the night.
Assume full managerial responsibility for the resort during overnight hours, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all departments.
Manage and follow up on all guest requests with precision, care and attention to detail, in accordance with Fairmont service standards.
Support the Night Manager in the training, development and ongoing performance of the team.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment through constructive, professional communication.
