Job Summary/Description:

This newsroom position requires the ability to develop good enterprise stories, make and maintain contacts, as well as the ability to handle multi-platform content responsibilities. Web and social media skills are essential. You will interact with all newsroom personnel to present dynamic and focused newscasts. Other duties as assigned. Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail are central to the success of this position.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Log and identify great video and compelling soundbites.
Write and post copy daily on all digital platforms, including , as new information is learned.
Understanding of and adherence to AP Style (for digital platforms) and broadcast writing (for television).
You must have solid news judgement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to write clearly and concisely.
