Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and update spreadsheets and different platforms regarding vehicle movement. 
  • Creating and maintain daily reports, raising any concerns with the New Vehicle Sales Manager.
  • Communicate vehicle timelines, transport, and documentation with relevant departments. 
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Stock in New Vehicles and complete profiling with accuracy. 
  • Assist with lease returns and direct deliveries when required. 
  • Manage purchase orders and follow up on unprocessed orders and job cards.
  • Liaise with departments to support smooth end-of-month processes.
  • Provide support to the New Vehicle Sales Manager in their absence.
