The NPI Manager shall be reporting to the Head of PDI (Manufacturing) in ALCO and dotted to Senior Manager, Product Development & Improvement (PDI) in HQ.

The role leads the project management activities for new SKUs under New Product Introduction (NPI), which includes preparation of the ordering spec cards with Sales Operation and identify the materials required as part of the preparation of the BOM.

The NPI manager is hands on and lead the project initiation (kick off meeting with all relevant stakeholders) and follow up meetings. The projects update are managed in click-up and project management file (NPI BAO) including timeline for development, machine prototype distributor engagement sample to commercial delivery end to end.
