The New Customer Program Assistant will offer daily support to sales operation department, and other relevant department. The New Customer agent must be able to multitask and prepared to manage a wide variety of responsibilities that can change on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for including, validating and track leads into SFDC
  • Perform customer’s segmentation from time to time
  • Responsible for SFDC setups related to TM’s roster, online reports
  • Be involved in relevant CommOps projects or trainings, as required.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge in orthodontic/dental concepts and topics.
  • Other task assigned by department supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 4 years of experience in a similar role, giving support through phone to clients or customers.
