Manage and ensure the submission of the yearly IT Network objectives to the IT Director in consultation with subordinates.
Develop technical SLAs for various infrastructure and networking implementations.
Ensure achievement of the quality objectives as set forth by DFWAC.
Manage the operational administration of the foundation.
Support the IT Director in delivering the IT environment for the building.
Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting at first line.
Ensure users of the facilities receive a professional and proactive response at all times.
Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshoot network problems; and escalating problems to vendors.
Configure network switches and troubleshoot and test copper and fiber cabling.
Understand and ensure data center redundancy requirements.
