We are looking for a Network & Security Analyst to join our team. As a Network Security Analyst, you will be involved in following work instruction-based processes to deliver first-level support for network-related requests and issues. It entails ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements and serving as the primary point of contact for escalated requests and issues.

Your core objective is to restore service for the customer as quickly as possible and, where further escalation is required, provide a single point of contact and ownership.
