CTG is seeking to fill a Network Performance Monitoring Engineer opening for our client.

**Location:** Buffalo, NY preferred; Remote EST hours possible
**Duration:** 10 months

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the engineering, administration, and optimization of enterprise Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) platforms.
+ Design and manage network telemetry solutions utilizing SNMP, NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX, and streaming telemetry.
+ Develop monitoring strategies that deliver comprehensive visibility across routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, WAN, and cloud networking environments.
+ Build intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, and event correlation to improve operational efficiency and reduce alert fatigue.
+ Analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive root cause analysis for latency, packet loss, congestion, and routing issues.
