Responsibilities:
Provide Network support services 24/7 (on site/remote as applicable) based on agreed contractual SLA timelines to customer end users nationwide, Infrastructure teams, Customer’s third-party Contractor’s and business partners
Involvement in network and operations related tasks and activities assigned by team leader and/or operations managers
Configuration and implementation of switching security i.e. VLANs, VLAN’s Routing, VRFs, MAC and/or IP based ACLs, Firewall Filters, etc.
Administration and Management of Network devices e.g. Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN Concentrators, Network Appliances etc.
Management, configuration, troubleshooting of network along with associated replacement of faulty hardware components
Management of Return/Repairs (RnR) of faulty hardware components
Actively participate in IT network and operations related project, tasks and activities
