            Key Responsibilities: 
  Provide high-level technical support to field operations teams on escalated network and connectivity issues 
Oversee and manage critical network incidents, outages, and service restoration processes 
Continuously monitor network performance and proactively identify faults, congestion, and service degradation 
Investigate recurring sector and client connectivity issues using monitoring and diagnostic tools 
Support and troubleshoot advanced network services including VPN, VoIP, and cloud-related environments 
Manage network capacity planning and assist with client migrations to optimize performance 
Configure and maintain routing, VLAN, MPLS, and IP addressing environments 
Handle complex escalations from Tier 3 teams, customer experience departments, and internal stakeholders 
Work closely with infrastructure, RF, and field engineering teams to ensure network stability
