Key Responsibilities Network Infrastructure Administration - Administer and support routers, switches, wireless access points, WLAN controllers, AAA servers, and encryptors.
- Respond to and diagnose network access and performance tickets:
- Service and close support tickets for wired and wireless client endpoints.
- Troubleshoot 802.1X authentication/authorization issues and escape L2/L3 issues as necessary.
- Monitor network availability and respond immediately to system alerts.
