Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to provide day-to-day operational management, administration, and support. The engineer will handle network troubleshooting, configuration, documentation, and change management while ensuring network reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers).
- Perform firmware/software upgrades, patching, and vulnerability fixes.
- Configure VLANs, firewall rules, DNS entries, proxy whitelisting, and other network parameters.
- Conduct network backups, recovery, and disaster recovery exercises.
