            Key Responsibilities Monitor network infrastructure using monitoring tools. 
Perform initial troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, routing, and switching issues. 
Identify and escalat(e) incidents as per defined processes. 
Handle ticketing system updates and SLA adherence. 
Basic configuration support for VLANs and VPN users. 
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and configurations. 
L1 Responsibilities Perform advanced troubleshooting of routing, switching, and network performance issues. 
Configure and support VLANs, VPNs, and firewall policies at basic to intermediate level. 
Work on incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA). 
Support change requests and network upgrades. 
Handle firewall rule changes and troubleshooting. 
Collaborate with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues.
