A degree in computer science or information technology.
Experience or training as a network engineer.
Experience or training with Microsoft Cloud applications & Windows Operating Systems.
Advanced English skills (minimum: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 945 / TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent).
Optional
Training or experience as a security engineer is preferred but not required.
Day to Day Tasks
Company uses an outsourced provider to service the firms IT needs. You will need to communicate with the IT consultant regarding issues company team members have, track and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Coordinate with the IT consultant to have software & application updates completed to minimize team disruption and optimize user experience.
