            Provide first-line support for network-related issues and escalate more complex issues to higher-level engineers. 
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls. 
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, including connection issues, bandwidth usage, and security vulnerabilities. 
Perform basic configuration tasks, such as setting up IP addresses, subnets, and VLANs. 
Maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address lists, and configuration logs. 
Assist in testing and deploying new network solutions, hardware, and software. 
Respond to and resolve network service requests in a timely and efficient manner. 
Assist with network monitoring using tools to ensure performance and reliability.
