• Conduct on-site activation and connectivity setup of network systems.
• Perform initial testing and validation of signal strength, bandwidth, and latency.
• Monitor real-time network performance and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the configuration and QA teams for troubleshooting.
• Prepare post-activation reports and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in network installation, troubleshooting, or field support.
• Knowledge of Starlink or satellite internet systems is an advantage
• Willing to travel and work in provincial areas.
