Job Purpose
The Key Account Manager is responsible to proactively address and manage customer
needs in coordination with all relevant stakeholders in a highly responsive manner. He/ She must be able to identify root causes and coordinate Pfizer actions for resolution using new and previously developed tools.
The role is responsible for maximizing access to Pfizer portfolio within the allocated key accounts/customers/territory, in alignment with commercial objectives and activities. To build customer good will and gain understanding and awareness of Pfizer rare disease brand. Responsible to identify business opportunities and to follow up directly on the major customers involved. Manage Pfizer Portfolios, communicating with all stakeholders from different departments to secure the Portfolios growth.
