Responsibilities
Collaborate with process owners and end users to comprehend their business processes and requirements.
Lead and participate in all stages of Netsuite internal implementation projects and Change Requests:
Onboarding of new Subsidiaries into NetSuite,
Designing customized solutions,
Implementing 3rd party applications.
Assess the progress of the internal projects and Change Requests and keep stakeholders informed across the business of key dates, potential challenges or any risks that could occur.
Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite customizations including SOPs, FDDs, User Guides and Release Notes.
