Key Performance Areas

• Development and enhancement of company Digital Service applications.


• Resolution of application defects, incidents and service requests.


• Business application integration support and optimisation.


• Resolution of data quality, synchronisation and alignment issues.


• Design, implementation and optimisation of DevOps CI/CD pipelines.


• Remediation of ICT audit findings and security vulnerabilities.


• Database redesign, optimisation and performance tuning.


• Azure Application architecture review and modernisation.


• Development and enhancements of mobile applications, competency assessments etc.


• Knowledge transfer, documentation and technical support.


• Provide monthly progress and support reports.
