I need someone who can troubleshoot minor software issues, set up a new printer, organize files and backups, and possibly install a couple of apps. I’d prefer someone patient, able to explain steps clearly, and comfortable with Windows/macOS. Access to my devices will be provided, and I’d like the work completed in a calm, collaborative manner. If you have experience with home networks or basic cybersecurity tips, that’s a plus. Flexible on timing, but aiming to finish in a single session if possible.
