Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and caring caregiver to support our family with morning school preparation and afternoon/evening supervision for an 11-year-old child. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with pre-teens and can provide a balance of warmth, structure, and accountability. The primary goal is to help maintain consistent daily routines, encourage independence, and provide calm, steady support before and after school. Schedule Monday – Friday (Split Shift) Morning: 6:30 AM – School Drop-Off (between 8:00–8:30 AM) Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Schedule may be adjusted slightly by mutual agreement.
