We are seeking an experienced NDRC Micro‑Tunneling Project Manager to lead and oversee complex trenchless infrastructure projects in Dubai.
Responsibilities - Lead the full lifecycle of NDRC Micro‑Tunneling projects from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning and handover.
- Manage project delivery to ensure compliance with project scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements.
- Oversee site operations, subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, utility authorities and stakeholders to secure approvals, permits and NOCs.
- Ensure compliance with requirements of RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA and other relevant authorities.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, budgets and progress reports.
