Naval Architect - Structural & Scantling Design Analysis (Marine) Location: Marine - 7 Benoi Road, SG
Responsibilities - Finite Element Analysis and Vibration
- Able to work independently utilizing ANSYS to carry out accurate modeling and analysis of vessel structures
- Global analysis of ship structure
- Hydrodynamic loading
- Refine model and provide suggestions on how to optimize the design for weight savings.
- Structural Design and Modelling
- Have a good fundamental knowledge of structural design and calculations in order to streamline design
- Conceptualize ship and deck structure drawings and carry out calculations
- Able to do 3D modeling in Aveva Marine software.
Requirements - Minimum Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University, or equivalent
