Overview
Sells Company's products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to increase profits in the PEO Sales organization.
Responsibilities- Analyzing the prospects needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the correct sales partner to ensure client satisfaction.
- Presenting Paychex PEO products and services to final decision makers and end users to achieve sales goals.
- Sells PEO products remotely in order to service prospects country wide to increase sales and profits.
- Upsells PEO inside the flex client base with a geographic territory, list managed assignment, and other targets as assigned. Partners with all internal sales partners for current Paychex client referrals.
