This Role Is For Someone Who Can

• Handle multiple Fitness Managers, Head Coaches, and Personal Trainers across the region
• Lead both gym operations and On Demand fitness teams
• Recruit, identify, and develop top PT talent
• Train and mentor trainers into high‑performing fitness professionals
• Build a strong PT culture focused on results, service, retention, and revenue
• Monitor performance, KPIs, productivity, and standards across all locations
