What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and welcoming energy.
• Manage daily appointments via walk‑ins, phone calls, and social media (Facebook/Instagram DMs).
• Process payments, manage the cash register, and track daily sales accurately.
• Ensure the reception and lounge areas are always clean, aesthetic, and presentable.
• Coordinate smoothly with our nail artists to make sure clients are seated on time.
