Develop, review, and implement N2He test procedures and test packs for designated systems.
Define test boundaries, including temporary blinds, spectacle blinds, and isolation requirements in coordination with the System Responsible.
Ensure all test equipment (pressure gauges, He leak detectors, N2 supply) is calibrated, certified, and available prior to test execution (together with Vendor).
Coordinate and supervise N2He testing crews, including third‑party test contractors and technicians.
Conduct pre‑test safety briefings (toolbox talks) and ensure JSA/SJA are completed prior to pressurized testing activities.
Plan and execute N2 pressure tests and He snoop/leak detection activities in sequence with construction and MC completion.
Manage and document all test results, test records, and punch items in PIMS.
