Technical Director of Municipal Wastewater Treatment – Water Business Unit

Responsibilities

• Support growing wastewater business through winning and executing engineering services
• Lead and proactively collaborate with Water Business Unit leaders, marketing teams and operations managers across the company in development, implementation and achievement of strategic and business development goals
• Lead the pursuit of specific municipal wastewater project opportunities including participation in Go/No Go decisions, development of pursuit strategies and proposals, and hiring/mentoring of staff for key projects
• Participate in municipal wastewater project work including consulting assignments, management and peer review as appropriate
• Position can be based anywhere in North America within commutable proximity of Hatch offices
